In Spring of 2006, R4 Capital joined with Shannon-Waltchack Investment Real Estate to purchase 200 acres with 8,000 feet for waterfront on Lewis Smith Lake and create a master planned lakefront development now known as Hidden Falls. The development features nearly 50 waterfront lots and 40 lakeview lots. R4 Capital has provided the partnership with business development services in the areas of land planning, surveying, permits, construction, marketing and sales.
