There is only one building site on the two lots, so selling one of the lots off is not a good option. The lots are off of a dirt Cullman County road and are part of the Garrison Subdivision, deeded nearly 30 years ago. DIRECTIONS

I-65 to Good Hope exit #304.  Go 6.2 miles and R on CR282 (sign for Catalina Pt.) and go 0.5 miles and bear right at "Y" onto CR291. (there will be a sign for Lakeshore Estates)  Go 0.2 and go Left onto CR294.(sign may be down)  Go 0.3 miles and dirt road will be on the Right. Open red gate and go through and up the hill on this dirt road. This road is passable in a passenger car, unless the road is wet, in which case a 4WD is recommended.   After about a mile the road will fork - straight is grown over, so go right, and head down the hill.  At Bottom, you will see lake.  Go left and on around is the lot.  You will see the swim platform in the water.
