DIRECTIONS to THE VIEW on BANKHEAD LAKE

Approximately 40 Miles from Downtown Birmingham, AL

·         From Downtown Birmingham, go I-59 West 2 miles to the Hwy.78/Jasper exit.

·         Exit Right and go north 7 miles to Adamsville to the  intersection of the new I-22 / Corridor X Interstate.  Cross the Bridge and go right on the loop so that you go towards Jasper.

·         Go west on I-22 for 13 or so miles to  the Exit 72 - “Cordova” Exit. 

·         Turn  left at the bottom of the ramp and go for 5  miles to dead end into Hwy 269.

·         Turn left (South) and go 2 miles to a convenience store on right- you are at Pumpkin Center

TO PROPERTY ONCE YOU ARE AT PUMPKIN CENTER

·         From the convenience store, go north on Hwy. 269 approx. 300 yards to the "Pumpkin Center Church" there on Hwy. 269.  

·         Turn left at the Church where you will see a faded "Bankhead Estates" sign.  Then bear right on Bankhead Rd.

·         Follow Bankhead Road out approximately 6 miles.  You will pass a few roads to the right and left, but stay on the main road and you will go way out in the woods and will not be passing any residences- at some point you will see an old country cemetery as a landmark. As you descend a steep hill, you will see a paved road called Eagle Port Rd to the left. 

·         Turn left at the Fork, and you will see a white fence with a black gate.  This is the property.  Drive in and follow the road on out to the water and you will pass all the lots.
